GetHuman-265791: both the website and the air conditioner is horrible....i have had nothing but trouble since i put in the new unit for which we paid $*,***.** NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY.. we live in florida, i am a senior citizen, the repair guy was here yesterday and it's ** degrees again in my house now and the unit is not working....it is bad for my health, we are not welll
