GetHuman-226963: The young woman that took my call was from Wpg. but refused to help me as i didnt know the number I was calling from. Totally refused. So I called back and asked for a mgr. (which I am still holding) for, but that young woman named Steph just asked me my name and found the acc. I am furious I could not settle my issue either on the net or by phone. This is ridiculous and I think I now will just stay with Shaw,.
