~Captain Tootain: Im so disappointed!!! I just want to ask some general questions about the device but the representative put me on hold for * minutes!!!!!

~Captain Tootain: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Captain Tootain: For that I would say four out of five.
