~WilliamR1948: In the past ** mos I have telephoned, faxed, and visited several Sprint stores. I continually request a discount for being a AAA member, Veteran and I am told something different from everyone I speak to. I am constantly being charged for late fees, persuaded to agree to a new contract to receive said discounts and late fees waived. This never happens. I am a senior, this cell phone bill is out of control and I can get pretty much what I have now for my wife and myself for $** at WalMart. When I mention this to Sprint they tell me they will once again match this or allow me discounts to bring my rates down. It's been nearly a year and not one thing has happened. If Spring Corp cannot do anything, after waiting yet another ** min to speak to a Supervisor who then tells me my discount is being looked into...more lies...if you cannot resolve this I will walk away from the entire bill after making numerous requests for help, discounts, etc. William Rabenda

~WilliamR1948: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~WilliamR1948: For that I would say two out of five.
