~Frustrated to say the least: I would prefer to speak with a live representative. Option was not given on the customer service phone number. Had to find and use chat in order to get the right numbers for a live person. This is very frustrating doing business with Straight Talk. What happened to "Hello, How may I help you?" from a live person. This would have taken * seconds instead of ** min. in chat.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Straight Talk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Straight Talk problem?
~Frustrated to say the least: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustrated to say the least: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated to say the least: For that I would say two out of five.
