GetHuman-treishsi: *) I tried * times to enter my a*c, using the temp but it won't let me in. *) I took forever in filling out the forms & questions but "the matches" simply seem to be randomly chosen...like every other online service. I thot eHarmony was different.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eHarmony. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eHarmony problem?
GetHuman-treishsi: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-treishsi: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-treishsi: For that I would say one out of five.
