~@nthony: You know that sinking feeling you get when you are working on an important presentation on your laptop and suddenly it just shuts down? Well I was so accustomed to that feeling that after a point I almost always expected it to happen. Finally frustrated I talked to a few colleagues who laughed at me when I told them my problem. Their motive of laughing was that in today*€*s day and age where tech support is available everywhere I*€*m still struggling to keep my laptop alive. Anyway they told me about iyogi and how to subscribe and today I*€*ve almost certainly forgotten those *€*feelings*€*. You guys are doing a great job and are providing a great service. Cheers.

~@nthony: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~@nthony: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iYogi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~@nthony: For that I would say three out of five.

~@nthony: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iYogi to know who you are.
