~James: Called to cancel the Account and was given a bunch of "BS" that I have reply by email in order to cancel and only after it is reviewed by eharmony to see if they will still charge the entire amount of what they call a contract, in which it was lead for me to believe if was a ** plan and if not interested then I could cancel but now they are putting me through a lot of ****!

~James: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~James: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~James: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eHarmony customers?
~James: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eHarmony to know who you are.
