~JessicatheRabbit: I was able to talk with someone but she passed me off to someone else who was to email me and I never received the email. My account has been hacked ... I went back to eHarmony after being away for some time now I remember why I do not like this site.

~JessicatheRabbit: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~JessicatheRabbit: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JessicatheRabbit: For that I would say two out of five.
