~FrustratedwATT: Tech rep misrepresented what they were doing and took down my wifi and reset everything to orginal name and password which she said she would not do and didn't know that she did. Twice I was promised a call back from a manger and no call...they scheduled a call after when I said I needed it and didn't inform me so I wasn't there. They again didn't return my call..left a message on their facebook page and awaiting for a response which they said they would do. Today I asked for a manager before they scheduled anyone to come out and guess what a technician showed up at my door but not the right skilled one which is why I asked to talk to a manager. WOW!!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~FrustratedwATT: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FrustratedwATT: For that I would say five out of five.

~FrustratedwATT: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
