~done with AT@T: AWFUL service. Placed an upgrade order for my wife more than * wks ago and received no feedback, called * days ago and was told problem will be solved and new iPhone shipped, I heard nothing back, then called again, I have been disconnected twice after being on hold for more than ** minutes each time. Then I was told to call back the next day for more service. If AT&T has either this much trouble with their service or their products are so bad that many people are calling then it's clear they ain't got it right. Simply awful, and a customer for *** years. I would fire all of my employees that dealt with this if this was my business. After my friggin' * yr contract is up I am definitely dumping this brown-stained company

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~done with AT@T: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~done with AT@T: For that I would say one out of five.
