~Frustrated: First call was ** min plus finally asked for support service to home, was told they had set up for wed afternoon. no one came. called second time and was told to call back was ever setup. waited ** min for them to try and resolve problem over phone and then I asked to speck to supervisor, was disconnected after waiting another ** minutes. Called back third time and was told someone had setup service call for *Sat. Asked to speak to supervisor was put on hold for ** minutes then disconnected. Tried to call back and was put on hold before I could even talk to customer non service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated: For that I would say four out of five.

~Frustrated: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
