~KimberlyAnn: OMG Glory to God. I had a serious problem with my account on a rep neglect to set payment arrangement and I spoke to * people regrading my account. No stisfaction. I called corporate and I spoke to a truly awesome rep that understood my frustration and her customer service was emaculatent and extremely helpful understanding I have a husband serving in Syria Jordan with a * month old infant. I could not do anything but cry. Thank you so much ATT.

~KimberlyAnn: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KimberlyAnn: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KimberlyAnn: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~KimberlyAnn: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
