~goldie: At night on ******* hours before our family of * were to leave for our vacation in Cancun we were informed that Aeromexico bumped us from our return flight with confirmed seats. ( they had the same flight now with a different number) and put us on a overbooked flight returning the day before on May **th ****. They would not give us seats on this flight on May **th and confirmed it was overbooked that we probably would get bumped from that flight. My husband and I both pleaded with Aeromexico representatives to please put us back on the flight on *******. The representative's response was that if we paid hundreds of dollars more for each ticket they would put us on the flight, otherwise they were doing nothing. Their representatives hung up on us numerous times and stated they have no Supervisors to talk to consumers. We would be losing a non-refundable paid day of vacation for * of us. Hotel rooms and all inclusive fees at the Hard Rock Hotel would not be refunded if we left a day

~goldie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Aeromexico's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~goldie: For that I would say four out of five.

~goldie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Aeromexico to know who you are.
