GetHuman-studiod: a guy tipped me then i cut him off and he denied my tip
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-studiod: He got a guest in a head lock rough housing and playing big man due to his abilities to buy guest drinks. I work at the Renaissance Hotel the guest was staying across the street at another hotel and he was buying drinks closed his first ticket up and tipped a smooth $****.** telling everyone he tipped me that amount. After drinking a few hours passed he open another tab and bought drinks and food for guest sitting at the bar area. I once more waited on him and he got a little out of hand picking on different guest and got one guy in a head lock I called our LP officers and he was calmed down but was angry that I cut him off and I was told he later dis agreed with his first tip. I feel the company I work with did not do a full investigation and let it go that he decided to drop my first tip but kept the smaller tip on the second tab. I am really unhappy that a guest can come in get mad and change his tip amount even after the tabbed had been closed way earlier. I took a photo if the tip and I never posted it but I cold email you the photo and you can see the other second tab. And I had all my regular VIP's that range from Government officials all the way to Lobbyist and business owners and many other regulars that were amused by this gentleman's wild behavior.
