GetHuman-138605: Customer cannot complain directly.**I found the price at BN online to be $**.**. I chose to pick up at the local store, then when I arrived, the price was $**.**. That's why BN is failing. You act as if customers are stupid and do not realize you are ripping them off with bait and switch.
