~ron: Package was lost. First two reps lied to me and said they'd send another package. Third rep said they never do that. Fourth rep refused to help. I am going back to shopping at Amazon.

~ron: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~ron: For that I would say four out of five.
