GetHuman-338931: My mom, my ** year old son and I went for lunch at Bob Evans on July **, ****. We were seated and given menus within * minutes. Not busy at all as far as there were only *-* tables of customers when we arrived. After given menus, we sat ** minutes and I walked up to tell the manager we needed a waitress. A waitress came and took our drink order, it took her ** minutes bringing drinks. She then took our food order but said she was going on her break and another waitress would get us. No rolls, no food, nothing ** minutes later. That waitress came back from break and we flagged her down- she apologized and went to look for our food. I told her we were just gonna get up and leave and finially here she came with food. We were starving so we didn't leave and gulped it down. Mom is elderly and was getting faint having just taken her mess before lunch and no food to eat made her worse. Manager never came over to apologize. No discount on food, nothing. They were not even busy. This thing happ
