GetHuman-253775: Went to bob Evans mt Vernon Ohio location to have coffee and pie.waitress had spilled trash behind the counter and was cleaning it up. After about ** minutes we were informed they were out of lemon pie, order coconut cream, she continued to clean up trash. At this point **-** minutes has passed no pie. Decided to go up and pay for coffee,they said the pie was on the order and needed a manger to override it. She came back with the managers card, no manager did the override and charged us for coffee. We never seen a manager, or got an apology, the worst service ever. Resteraunt didn't appear real clean. Always went there in the past but never again. Made me wonder about other customers food being handled after trash pick up.
