GetHuman-401616: Poor quality voice greeting which guides caller thru the menu, and when menu choices end tells caller that they will now be referred to a c*s agent* finally recorded message tells caller: "Your call did not go thru. Try your call again" I've called back * times with the same result. There is no one there to pick up the calls, only a robot.
