GetHuman-304959: Wonderful service! **I closed my account with Citibank and had some problems with phantom charges even AFTER closing it, and sought help in person at my nearest Citibank. They turned me away without so much as a glance at my statements, telling me to "just the pay the fees."**I contacted online Customer Service today and was met with a very friendly agent who looked up my records and explained the situation thoroughly, assuring me that the "fees" were mistakes of theirs and that no further action or payment would need be taken on my part. He created a note on my account explaining my problem and forwarded it for the relevant authorities to rectify the problem and cease sending me letters.**I couldn't ask for better service! :)
