~Anonymous: My company owns hundreds of properties so I deal with the Cleveland Water Department a lot. Every time I call it is an unpleasent experience, today was exceptionally bad. After I asked my questions, the customer service representative began raising his voice and then went on to explain to me that he knows what he's doing all the while REFUSING to transfer me to another representative or a supervisor (do they acctually have those?). This has been an ongoing issue with "Customer service representatives" about * out of * I speak with has a nasty, condescending attitude. Unfortunately since I need water I have to continue dealing with them. The Water departments in Bedford and Cleveland Heights are MUCH easier to work with!
