~mcb: Was double billed, spent ** minutes on call with billing cust service who couldn't resolve problem. Ask for supervisor escalation, was told I would have to be called back by supervisor. Was promised I would receive a call within **-** hours. Call from supervisor was never received. Called back into billing customer service, was treated poorly and once again told I'd have to wait **-** hours for supervisor call back. Was also told there was no other way to resolve this issue. Waited yet again for call and never received one. About to call back a *rd time and hoping I don't have to wait a *rd time .
