~funck you: Don't you think that a company that makes ALL it's money from US Citizens could have local US citizens on the help desk??? Not having to negotiate help from the Philippines?!!!!! Seems like you'd like to offer jobs to US citizens WOW what an admirable corporation!....NOT!!!

~funck you: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~funck you: For that I would say two out of five.
