~Hayley: Brought a dishwasher just over a year ago and the seal has come away from the door, currys fixed it * months again when still under guarentte but its gone again and they will not fix it again. was passed round on the phone to about * different people all telling me a different story. One said i could have it replaced one said it would cost me *** pounds to have fixed, and last one said i have to pay for a indepenant repairer to give us a quote then if they think its a manufacturing fault maybe they will fix it! like i got time to do this (Means time off work and phone calls) plus i got to pay and i may not get my money back. they said it was a manufacturing fault when they did the repair so why they being so funny about it now? so i will have to buy a new one and i can tell you this it will NOT be from Currys ever again!

~Hayley: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hayley: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Currys's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hayley: For that I would say one out of five.

~Hayley: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Currys to know who you are.
