GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Currys customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Chimoo: Do not even think about purchasing anything from Currys ever again. Everything they touch turns to ****. They are a bunch of sheisters, scammers and compulsive liars. Quick to take your money, as soon as they've done that it's game over, even if your product doesn't work.**My story:*Bought a refurb laptop safe in the knowledge that it said it had been 'professionally tested' on the website. Turns out it was blue screening and wouldn't boot when it arrived, great testing Currys! Having reinstalled windows, I then discovered the next problem, defunct keyboard with an enter key with a mind of its own. On top of the audio then malfunctioning the final straw was a beeping(!) power supply. So grudgingly it was sent to repair, being told it would arrive back in * weeks, I thought wow thats good. Now I write this a month on, having been told * different dates, wasted * days in and nobody turned up to any of them. Still no laptop. Avoid like the plague.

~Chimoo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Chimoo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Currys's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Chimoo: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Currys customers?
~Chimoo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Currys to know who you are.
