GetHuman-212365: PURCHASED WASHING MACHINE ******** FROM SHOP NO MAN.INSTRUCTIONS*WITH MACHINE BUT PROMISED WOULD BE SENT WHEN MACHINE DELIVERED MACHINE DELIVERED P.M.******** NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!!TOLD TO RING CUSTOMER SERVICES WHICH I DID P.M.***** ** TOLD THEY WOULD RING BRANCH AT DERBY WHERE PURCHASED AND WHO PROMISED INSTRUCTINS WOULD BE SENT WITH MACHINE-TO GET HOLD OF INSTRUCTIONS & SEND*IN THE MEANTIME IF IWANTED TO USE MACHINE-WHICH I DID AS I HAD * WEEKS WASHING TO CATCH UP ON-* SHOULD EMAIL ZANUSI THE MANUFACTURERS AND DOWNLOAD THE INSTRUCTIONS MYSELF ALL ** PAGES OTHERWISE WAIT UNTIL CURRY'S SENT THEM BY POST.I THINK YOU WILL AGREE NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE WHAT IF I DIDN'T HAVE A COMPUTER!!!?? WASHING MACHINE SEEMS O.K.BUT RELUCTANT TO USE UNTIL I HAVE RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS WHENEVER THAT MIGHT BE!!
