~Disgruntled Doncaster: Went to purchase TV for son on *nd July at Currys York Rd Retail Park Doncaster. Fter waiting in vain for over ** minutes for service I went to the front desk to request a sales assistant. A tannoy message was sent out for a sales assistant but there wasw no response we waited another ** minutes. Eventually I found a young lady talking to a demonstration assistant and requested assistance. I was met with a head down surly attitude. The TV was paid for and a scheduled delivery arranged for Tuesday *th July. My son waited in all day but no delivery. Eventually he was contacted during the afternoon and told there was a problem with the order and delivery would be delayed untill the following Thursday. He was not told what the problem was.This represennts very poor customer swervice in fact I feel that once you have a customers money your company really cant be bothered.I have been a regular customer of yours for many years but I will not shop with you again. The l*evel of customer service
