GetHuman-248479: Terrible customer service. I called with a question concerning charges I had received from a Days Inn hotel. They told me that they couldn't help me and couldn't even tell me who else I could try calling. When I asked the manager at the Days Inn in McCook, NE, she not only didn't help, but was rude about it.
