~MileyMoo: No wait. Got a CS right away. But, they are are very inept. it's waste of my breath to even call. All the CS rep said was:" I know how you feel", and " I apologize for that". I bought a brand new Durango with many upgrades * months ago. And a major part responsible for transmission is broken and is on back order until further notice. I would like something more than "I am sorry". How about a new vehicle?
