~RT: to CAC*Case*Manag. *Hello Linda,** I totaly dsiagree with the dealer. The lights were put on January *, **** and taken off a week later. So you all are telling me from January to May I drive my car everyday and the minute I drive *** miles from Houston to Mississippi the car shut down on the expressway almost killing me and my family and its caused by a led light from * months ago? I was told Dodge alway's back their products and the customer but you are not willing to assist me. The powersterring light, the ABS light and the traction control lights appear on the dash and then in a split second the steering wheel, and brakes lock up causing me to to put the car in neutral to break speed and slam in park to stop the vehicle while driving ** MPS so me and my family will not be killed and you are saying it caused by having Led lights put in and taken out four months ago I disagree.One thing that the dealer should know is if something is going to blow out such as a Power Distrubution cen

~RT: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RT: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dodge's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RT: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Dodge customers?
~RT: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dodge to know who you are.
