GetHuman-353341: When I took my online quote to * different agents, * never returned my calls. I supplied all of them with my quote number and they all indicated that they could not find the quote. I emailed them my quote and they still had difficulty. The last agent I spoke with and gave my quote number also indicated difficulty. They asked if I would be like to start a new quote I had to answer the same questions on the online quote! When they did their calculations they gave me a quote TWICE the amount that I got online ! ! ! When she gave me this quote I told her that I wanted the online quote they told me that would not be available because online quotes are 'rough estimates' only. If that wasn't surprising enough, when she asked me where I had gotten the quote I again told her that I had gone to the Farmers Insurance website, she proceeded to tell me that is not the number that they call ! ? !
