GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's FedEx (Canada) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-thewilli: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING experience with them. Tried returning very expensive Christmas goods (which were originally shipped by fedex to us). They were held in customs for over * weeks with no reason why and no one seemed to know how to rectify it. The parcel was apparently then sent back but never arrived. Where my parcel is now, no one knows and some mystery person has apparently signed for them! I am still trying to find it and have probably been passed to every single employee in fedex! My advise: use any other delivery service than fedex!
