~not happy: Online retailer sent replacement item by Fedex instead of by USPS. I was charged a brokerage fee. * calls to *** number* operators couldnt explain this. Fedex website explains why but it is hard to find. Shipper agreed to reimburse me so I paid, got electronic receipt from FedEx. Nearly two weeks later a collection agency is trying to collect same amount again.
