~Trail: Those people don't know what they are doing.*Waited for a package pickup * days. Nobody showed up. Then I was told the Ground Service is not offered in my area, but was possible to chose online.*Finally after few calls I requested the better service for the same money, they said yes and came for the package, did't leave me any confirmation, nothing.*After all that trouble I was charged **$ in stead of **$ and I have been calling them ever since for my credit (refund) and nobody can answer the question: why I haven't been refunded yet. *I will never use Fedex in the future.
