~aquaspir: Allegheny Power took ****.** from me when I only owed half that. The day before my online payment was to come out of my bank account, they came to my house to turn off the electricty. We had to pay the bill again so we could keep the elctricity on. The next day they took out over a thousand dollars from our bank account

~aquaspir: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FirstEnergy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~aquaspir: For that I would say two out of five.
