~Frustrated by Frigidare: Product inoperable as delivered. ** min on hold. Offered to work on product to fix. Rep said no but they would arrange replacement and call with "detailed" instructions. One week, no call. ** min on hold. Same story. Four days, no call. ** min on hold. Same story, no call. Called later that day. Rep was to refer to "that department" and indicated that part of the problem was that I had purchased through Amazon. **In frustration, I decided to attempt a fix or return the product to Amazon. On opening the product, I found an obstruction, cleared and is now working. **Frigidare seems to be a few decades behind in customer service procedures and attitude. Also, a lot of us buy through Amazon. We are not second class customers. Frigidare, you need to get over it. They sell a lot of stuff.
