GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Frigidaire customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-47248: The phone person was very nice and looked up the model and serial number and answered my question. I HAD a **** double oven I LOVED, but it sparked once and my son made me part with it. So sad. The differences are that the new style has a skinny oven on the left that you could really only bake bread or warm stuff up in because no cookie sheet would fit- unlike my old one with a full width but not as tall second oven, there IS not a way to really clean under the burners after you take them out and wipe a circle- unlike my old favorite which had trays under the burners and a big enough space to reach in that you could reach from the top inside of the oven doors, and the whole stove is fragile compared to the antique one. The big oven door shuts crookedly, still sticking out on the right a bit. It would dent so easily! But none of that has to do with the responding of the phone person at Frigidaire, which was quick and professional. I like Canada, but I just learned that this stove was ma
