~Kel64: I would give this review * stars if I could! I've been a greed dot customer for * or * years, with no problems, my card got hacked and went to Florida without me (I live in MT) and all of my money was spent by some Asshat, I reported it, eventually got credited the stolen money, but here's the kicker. My card was deactivated, a "new" one was sent on "*****" as was told "You will have it by *****". May ** comes and goes, and I call and they tell me "wait till *****" I wait till May **th, still no card they say wait till *****, ***** has come, still no card, they told me to wait for the mail delivery. Really? Yeah, I DID that, still no card. "Oh we mailed it on *****". Effing liars in the Phillipines, and telling me they are in California, but no surfer dudes ever answer the phone, only phillipinos. I was unaware that California is now entirely populated by the people of the Phillipines. BTW after my direct deposit went to that card * weeks ago, I have nearly $*K I can't access! Sweet hu

~Kel64: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kel64: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kel64: For that I would say three out of five.

~Kel64: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Green Dot to know who you are.
