GetHuman-229649: The website is misleading. It accentuates the Motor Vehicle Division, which is what this phone number is for. It is NOT a general phone number for the Secretary of State. I am trying to follow up on death certificates ordered for a family member who recently died. The operator, Sharon, claimed to have no listing of numbers to help me. She gave me a number for business, but that number was for business OWNERS, not for the Secy. of State's business office. Still searching.
