~willshopelsewhere: Conflicting info given re company policy on price adjustment for items that go on sale. Policy quoted was not honored by cust svc*supervisor and it was clear that they didn't appreciate my business. They were rude and unyielding in honoring previous policy quote by one of their employees and implied that I was lying in recounting what I had been told. Really bad experience that ruined my day.
