GetHuman-409599: I placed my order on the J Crew website and mistakingly ordered a pair of shoes costing $***. I called as soon as customer service opened to ask them to take the shoes off my order, and they told me that once you place an order online then that is it. The only options I had was to drive an hour and a half to the closest store or wait and pay to have it shipped back. Either way my money is tied up. Most companies I've dealt with are more than glad to help the customer make sure they get exactly what they need until the item ships. J Crew does not understand the importance in that. I was very dissatisfied. Be careful when ordering.
