GetHuman-227257: Not able to process order online. Called to order through phone line. When finally done with * items to be ordered, the rep was getting **.** more than my order said in "my bag." She said she would call back after she checked into it........* hours later and no phone call. Found some of the items I wanted on Kohl's website.
