~srk: Horrible experience. Couldn't understand the representative who continued to repeat over and over again a rehearsed explanation and didn't listen to my actual problem. Representative also continued to ask for a verification code from my credit card company to allow me to ship a gift to my father. When I explained that my credit card company said due to security reasons (which I agreed with) they NEVER give out this number and that the company who ran the card would have it she reverted back to the rehearsed phrase that had nothing to do with my question. Then after putting me on hold for ** mins they hang up on me. Will use Summit and All Things Jeep from now on!!
