~pebblecreek: Woman I spoke to was great. I had never registered my Keurig, so she set me up an account. I could only estimate the purchase date - less than a year - and she chose the mid-range. I had tried everything in the manual, so she gave me an additional step which worked - running paper clip through two upper needles.
