GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-kasirh5: I put a layaway in the first of october, at that time asled if it would be possible to hold it till November first, then I would come in and pay it in full, the girl said sure just be sure to call the store and talk to layaway, when i got the email that my payment was late. round October **th, I called my local Kmart and ask if they could hold the layaway till November first, as stated, the desk directed me to layaway, I asked for it to be held, woman said sure can, went to my local Kmart on October **th to pay for layaway and take it home. After spending over half an hour, BAM, I was told I should of called and talked to a manager up front, since it had not been written in the on hold book back at layaway, not a layaway person. Just want to say I really enjoyed the waste of my time. all of it, the time consumed shopping, putting things in layaway, calling, driving the ** miles to get it and waiting to get told it was put back the day before. The day before I was coming in, not near the date I was told it would go back, which it shouldn't have. With the money that would of been spent at Kmart for the layaway. over $***, I went to Walmart. I was so ticked
