~unhappy customer: I ordered two hats on feb. * **** and it's now feb **, **** and they still havent arrived. Why use DHL only to have them use USPS who ***** to deliver. This company needs a big help on shipping customer service. I understand shipping from east coast to west coast takes * business days but if it takes longer than that just for shipping something is wrong.
