~sue: Ordered a b'day gift on the **th of June. Received a shipment confirmation that it was sent. On June **th I called to find out where's my package, they claim it was miss-sent. I got no notification of this. Rep claim that they will refund my money that he's sending it to upper management-wtf? Three days later no refund and I'm battling them for my refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
