GetHuman-310323: I have signed up for an Old Navy card * months before but they missed or failed to send me the card to my home. I got a call * days back asking me to pay doubel the amount than what I was purchased. I do not have any information about why the amount has been doubled. So I tried reaching the customer service to get the card so that I can register it online and pay the applicable appropriate amount. *I wanted to contact Old navy customer service to mail the credit card to my address.*I never had or faced such a worst customer service in my life who cannot**. transfer the call**. who cannot email me the confirmation number**. who cannot answer me what I need**. everytime I called I was told to call a different number**. I had called * times, and I was given * different numbers - no answer**. Everytime they ask your card number, ssn, dob, etc but at the end they transfer your call - this is bull ****.**I had waited ** minutes to see if someone is there to help me out in mailing the old nav
