~Lol: Longest automated system EVER!! Accents were a bit of an issue understanding the ladies I spoke to. Worst part was getting out of the automated system. I just needed to order a new card and pay my bill but the system takes you through a bunch of other junk before even giving the possibility to speaking to a person. Fix this **** Old Navy!!
